- A set of tools for companies that want to build their own AI. Note: Much of what people are building AI with is Python.
- It is a set of applications that people can buy. Basically pre-built applications for specifical functional areas or tasks.
- It's also embedded AI. That is it can be used in other companies' applications.
Curious to learn about the first chatbot? It dates back to 1960 and a chatbot named ELIZA.

Nanosheet Technology and AI "Over the last five decades, semiconductor technology has been the engine for computing hardware. There aren't enough experienced and talented IT staffers to go around.
This is one of the challenges with modernization. Organizations argue they have to move away from legacy systems because they can't find the right skills. Then they find out as they venture down the modernization path, we can't find the right skills. The solution: Focus on what is best for business and the customer.
